"Booking was a hassle. Ugh."
Tried to book and it took way more attempts than it should have. Annoying. I eventually got through, but the whole process felt clunky.

"So confusing to use?!"
The website was frustrating right from the start. It loaded slowly for me, and the layout felt all over the place, like I was constantly guessing where I was supposed to click next.
I just wanted to check parking info and prices, but somehow that turned into a whole mission?! The buttons weren’t very clear, and I kept ending up in random spots instead of getting the details I needed.
Maybe other people have better luck with it, but I ended up giving up. If you’re just trying to book something quickly without a bunch of hassle, this was not it.

"Reservation was right , no real problems"
I booked through stayparktravel.com , and everything lined up with what I chose online . The dates , hotel , and parking details were all correct when I arrived , which was a nice relief .
I’m giving 4 stars because the confirmation email took a little longer than I expected , and I got a bit nervous waiting for it . In the end though , everything was accurate and check in went smoothly .

"Why was this so complicated?"
Booking itself was fine, but everything after that felt way more confusing than it needed to be. The shuttle info wasn’t clear at all, and I kept thinking, why is this so complicated? Support also took too long to get back to me, which just added to the frustration. i don’t think I’d use them again

"Way too expensive for no good reason"
I feel ripped off. For what they’re charging, I expected a lot more, but it just wasn’t worth it at all. They seriously need to justify these prices because this was a frustrating waste of money.

"It was okay, nothing special"
The room was clean, so that was good, but the beds felt kinda old and not that comfy. It was fine for a short stay, just not amazing or anything.

"Heads up: convenient parking, but a few things to watch for"
I used stayparktravel.com for airport parking, and overall it was okay. Booking was simple, and the lot was close enough to the airport that it made the trip easier, so I’ll give them that.
That said, just a heads up for anyone using it: finding the actual entrance wasn’t as straightforward as I expected. I drove around for a few minutes trying to figure it out, and the signage really could be better.
The shuttle also took a little longer than I was hoping, though it wasn’t a total disaster. For the price, it did the job, but don’t expect everything to be super smooth or clearly marked.

"Shuttle showed up right when I needed it"
The shuttle was right on time, which I really appreciated. For me, not having to stand around waiting made the whole experience feel easy and stress-free. Everything went smoothly.

"Cancellation was simple, refund came through"
I had to cancel my parking booking after my flight got changed, and I was expecting it to be annoying because I’ve had refunds with other travel stuff take forever before. But stayparktravel.com got back to me quickly and processed it without any hassle. It took a few days to show up on my card, which seems normal. Overall, it was easy and way less stressful than I thought it would be.

"Helpful once I got through"
I called customer service about an issue I was having, and they got it sorted quickly once I was connected. I did have to wait a little bit on hold, which wasn’t ideal, but overall they were helpful and got it handled... so I can’t really complain.
